The nexMESH 25mm Sub-Ohm Tank features the industries first canonical designed mesh coil! This revolutionary sub-ohm tank from OFRF is designed for maximum flavour and vapour production with the use of the patented nexMESH Coil technology in a conical design.
The nexMESH Sub-Ohm Tank is constructed from stainless steel and glass with a standard capacity of 2ml. The filling is made easy with the large fill port, which is accessible via the child resistant sliding top cap. OFRF has also built in a fill port flap as part of the fill port seal to prevent any accidental spilling when filling.
The science behind the nexMESH replacement coil is what allows this sub-ohm tank to be superior compared to other mesh sub-ohm tanks on the market.

Build Quality and Design
The nexMESH is an average-sized tank with a 25mm base and standing at about 20.5mm in height. It has an excellent bubble glass that would like amazing on the Aegis Legend when installed.
The tank has a clean look mainly because all the components of the tank are slightly bevelled. Even the drip tip is slightly bevelled at the bottom and the top. The stainless steel finish gives the tank a nice, neat, clean look that is simple.
Another design aspect that adds some aesthetic appeal to the tank is the cross stitching at the base of the tank right above the airflow control ring. It's just the right amount of styling that doesn't make the task overwhelming.
Overall, the tank is well-machined, and all the parts fit together seamlessly. The threading to remove the tank from the airflow ring is effortless and catches easily. The fill port is snug and well-designed to prevent spills.
Airflow
The tank has an airflow ring that allows you to customise your vaping experience. The ring will stay where you set it and doesn’t turn without you trying to change it.
There are three airflow slots that you can use to set your preferred vaping level. With the airflow open, the tank delivers a very airy DTL draw which is enjoyable for DTL vapers. Opening the airflow halfway delivers a more restricted DTL draw that is more pleasant and delivers more flavour.
Coils
Changing the coils on the OFRF nexMESH tank is simple. Detach the tank from the airflow control ring and pull the coil out. Push in the new coil, and you're ready for vaping after priming the coil.
The coil is housed in a cage that has four open slots for wicking. This unique design allows the e-juice to flow evenly to the coil.
Depending on your preference, you can choose from one of two coils that come with the tank:
- Kanthal A1 0.2ohm conical mesh coil rated for 75-85W.
- SS316L 0.15ohm conical mesh coil rated for 55-75W.
Both coils come in a conical design. OFRF says this unique coil design allows for faster ramp-up times, improved airflow and better flavour production.
